A Healthy Recipe to Alkalize Your Body
This stir fry recipe is a great meal to help alkalize your body and get you back on a healthy diet! It’s a quick and easy meal that your whole family can enjoy.
Healthy Stir Fry
This is a very filling meal!
1 package Buckwheat Soba Noodles
½ package cubed extra firm Tofu
1 cup vegetable broth with some Bragg’s Aminos
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 cup of Broccoli, or Asparagus, cut
3 tsps Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic- and Ginger Powder to taste
Directions: Bring water to a boil and break the buckwheat noodles into fourths into the boiling water. Cook for
allotted time and drain. While noodles are cooking, sauté tofu in ½ cup Bragg’s Aminos and vegetable broth for
about 5 minutes in a large frying pan. Remove from pan and set aside. Place red pepper, onion, broccoli or
asparagus, and ½ cup Bragg’s Aminos and vegetable broth in the stir fry pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and add tofu
and noodles. Pour over some virgin olive oil and sprinkle garlic and ginger powder. Lightly stir together. Enjoy!

Beets were not alway my favorite vegetable. When I was a kid, we would have dinner over my grandmother’s house and she would sit them on the table with the rest of the meal. Thinking they were cranberry sauce I put some on my plate and then realized I had made a mistake. I didn’t care for the weird texture and flavor.
