A Healthy Recipe to Alkalize Your Body

Alkalarian Stir Fry
This is a full meal in itself!
1 package Buckwheat Soba Noodles
½ package cubed extra firm Tofu
1 cup vegetable broth with some Bragg’s Aminos
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
200g Broccoli, or Asparagus, cut
3 EL Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic- and Ginger Powder to taste
Directions: Bring water to a boil and break the buckwheat noodles into fourths into the boiling water. Cook for
allotted time and drain. While noodles are cooking, sauté tofu in ½ cup Bragg’s Aminos and vegetable broth for
about 5 minutes in a large frying pan. Remove from pan and set aside. Place red pepper, onion, broccoli or
asparagus, and ½ cup Bragg’s Aminos and vegetable broth in the stir fry pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and add tofu
and noodles. Pour over some virgin olive oil and sprinkle garlic and ginger powder. Lightly stir together. Enjoy!This S

This stir fry recipe is a great meal to help alkalize your body and get you back on a healthy diet!  It’s a quick and easy meal that your whole family can enjoy.

Healthy Stir Fry

A Healthy Beet Juice Recipe For Hyperthyroidism

I have been juicing vegetables for about three month now and I can truly say that I am feeling the benefits. Usually by this time of year I would have experienced at least two colds, especially since I’ve been around family members who have been sick.

Also, I have been getting complements on how clear my skin is too. I’ve noticed that I haven’t had any blemishes or pimples since I’ve been drinking this juice. I am off my high blood pressure medication as well. My blood pressure has been reading 120/76.

I want to share with you this great juicing recipe I’ve been using for my hyperthyroidism and I hope you will be able to see and feel the benefits of juicing too.

Beet Juice Recipe

1 medium size beet

4 large carrots

3 slices of cabbage

1 small to medium apple

After washing all the vegetables and fruit.  Cut the beet stalks off and cut into 3-6 inch pieces.  Cut the beet into quarters.  Cut the carrots  into  halves.  Cut cabbage into 2-3 inch slices.  Cut apple into quarters.  Juice the carrots.  Take one quarter of the apple and juice it.  Take one quarter of the beet and juice it along with the beet stalks.  Juice the cabbage last.  Drink juice right away.

This recipe should make at least a cup of juice.  If not, just add another carrot or another piece of apple.  You usually start out using only one quarter of the beet because some people have experienced an upset stomach due to its cleansing effect.  Once your body has gotten used to it, you can juice more of the beet.

Some people have become alarmed when they notice that their skin has an orange glow after drinking the juice for awhile.  This is due to the beta carotene in the carrots. Just cut back on the carrots and your skin will go back to it’s normal complexion.

If you are a diabetic check your blood sugars, because of the sugar content in the beets and carrots, they may cause your blood sugars to become elevated.  I am on an insulin pump so I always adjust my insulin to cover any highs from the sugars in the vegetables.

This drink is an excellent blood purifier and live and gallbladder purifier.  This is the recipe I had been drinking before I went back to the doctor for my thyroid tests.  This drink helped to stabilize my thyroid levels and reduce the swelling (goiter) in my neck.

That’s why I’ve managed to stay healthy.  You should notice a difference in a week or two, depending on the condition of your health.  This is just another step in your journey to health.

Five Things You Must Do To Cure Graves Disease

There are Five Keys Things you need to do in order to regain your health and end Graves disease and any other thyroid disorders.  They are:

The Healing Properties Of Beets

beetsBeets were not alway my favorite vegetable.  When I was a kid, we would have dinner over my grandmother’s house and she would sit them on the table with the rest of the meal.  Thinking they were cranberry sauce I put some on my plate and then realized I had made a mistake.  I didn’t care for the weird texture and flavor.

As an adult I only like beets in juicing form.  I like them because of their great healing properties.  After going to different naturopathic doctors’ who found my liver to be clogged, I decided to research some ways to help clean my liver.

I found that beets are an excellent blood cleaner, they are high in minerals that strengthen the liver and gall bladder.  Excellent!  Beets contains a good source of soluble and insoluble fiber that will help to keep the intestinal track running smoothly.

Beets  also contains dietary nitrate that has been found in green and leafy vegetables which effectively help reduce blood pressure.

Beet are an alkaline vegetable which our bodies need.   They’re high in vitamin B too.  Actually there are more nutrients in the beet tops than the actual beet, so when I juice them I make sure that I add the stems.

The real proof in the beets came when I went to my endocrinologist.  He had been trying to persuade me to have surgery for my thyroid, since I suffer from hyperthyroidism.  I told him I in the previous office visit that I refused to have surgery to remove my thyroid and I would be trying natural remedies.

When I went to my next appointment he told me that my thyroid levels were near normal and that whatever I was doing,  keep doing it because it was working.   That’s the best news I’ve gotten since I began this journey and this is only the beginning.
